Sales Lead Coordinator

Summary of Position:

  • The primary role of this position is to capture and manage the flow of all inbound leads that are received through various channels. Coordinate the scheduling of appointments between the customer and one of our outside sales estimators.  This position is critical to the success of the company by working to optimize customer interactions, sales efficiency, and most importantly, customer satisfaction.  A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential to succeed and grow within this role and the company.  We offer great benefits to our amazing employees including Vacation and PTO time, Paid Holidays, health insurance contributions, 401K, and more.   This is an in-office position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and gather all inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital sources.
  • Accurately enter and maintain all necessary customer information into the company CRM.
  • Schedule all in-home appointments and manage sales team appointment calendars
  • Follow-up with all inquiries where initial contact was unsuccessful
  • Maintain digital marketing lead source dashboards
  • Generate monthly lead reports
  • Receive and enter all warranty and service requests from current and previous customers
  • Recapture older lead inquiries for additional compensation incentives
  • Complete final close-out/warranty packets for customer projects


  • Some college education, vocational school.
  • A college degree is a plus.
  • Previous construction/service company background preferred
  • Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Possess experienced interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members
  • Have excellent written and customer service skills
  • Have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Salary Range: $42,000-$56,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time
